With a desire and passion to serve and protect their community, twin brothers Al and Frank Rodriquez founded Orange County Public Safety (OCPS) in 2009. More than 10 years later, the full-service public safety agency continues to provide professional safety and security services within Orange County and its surrounding communities. OCPS is an authorized AHA (American Heart Association) course provider and offers a wide range of public safety and emergency services — from preventive patrols to Basic Life Support (BLS), First- Aid training, and event standby services.
